How Billing Works
Monthly plans are billed in advance and follow calendar months.

When you sign up, a credit is applied to your account:
This credit is automatically applied to future invoices. It will:
- Reduce upcoming charges until the full amount is used
- Appear in your invoice history
- Remain on your account until fully applied
The credit does not expire and does not affect your service start date. Think of it as a prepaid value that helps offset your first few monthly bills.
