How Billing Works

Monthly plans are billed in advance and follow calendar months.

Billing day: the 6th of each month

$60 or $40 Account Credit (Loyalty Credit Amounts by Plan)

When you sign up, a credit is applied to your account:

This credit is automatically applied to future invoices. It will:

  • Reduce upcoming charges until the full amount is used
  • Appear in your invoice history
  • Remain on your account until fully applied

The credit does not expire and does not affect your service start date. Think of it as a prepaid value that helps offset your first few monthly bills.

What to Expect at Checkout

  • You will always see a prorated charge for the remainder of the current month
  • Monthly plans are billed in advance for the following month
  • Your ongoing billing date will be the 6th of each month
  • If you sign up after the 6th, the upcoming month will be billed automatically so there is no gap in service
